
Expansion and Partnerships Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Expansion and Partnerships Specialist to spearhead our sales and marketing efforts.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads, optimizing Meta Ads campaigns, and contributing to the development of inbound and outbound funnels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage leads through Sales Navigator and relevant platforms
- Collaborate with the design team to set up and optimize Meta Ads campaigns
- Manage outreach, follow-ups, and client requirement capture
- Contribute to the development of pitch decks and proposals with the design team
- Support the growth of inbound and outbound funnels
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Business Development/Marketing in the IT or software industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Upwork, Meta Ads, and other relevant technologies
- Driven by targets and growth
