Enterprise Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to develop and maintain strong relationships with our key clients. This senior role will involve acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring effective client engagement, successful solution adoption, and long-term business value.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of enterprise clients.
  • Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Lead onboarding sessions, executive reviews, and strategic planning initiatives.
  • Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Conduct executive-level discussions and align solutions with client objectives.
  • Utilize data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry and technology trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
  • Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
