As a senior ServiceNow QA specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the high quality of our company's software solutions. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing quality assurance processes for ServiceNow implementations, as well as overseeing the testing efforts for various projects.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Developing and maintaining test plans, cases, and scripts for ServiceNow modules
  • Coordinating with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
  • Mentoring junior QA specialists and guiding them on writing automated tests
  • Executing manual and automated tests, identifying defects, documenting issues, and tracking their resolution
  • Participating in requirement reviews, design walkthroughs, and sprint planning sessions

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and best practices.

In terms of qualifications, we are looking for candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow testing
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM modules, API testing, and integration validation
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and defect tracking tools
