Quality Assurance Specialist for ServiceNow Applications

As a ServiceNow QA specialist, you play a pivotal role in guaranteeing the dependability, functionality, and performance of our software applications.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for our applications and modules.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Utilize the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework to develop and maintain automated test cases.
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand project requirements.
  • Identify and prioritize bugs, issues, and areas of improvement.
  • Manage and track test activities, maintaining high quality across sprints.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles, with 2 years focused on ServiceNow ITOM.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB.
  • Proficiency with manual testing and creating automated tests in the ServiceNow ATF.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or additional ServiceNow certifications.

In this role, you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to drive quality and reliability in our products. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and prioritizing defects, and collaborating with our development teams to resolve issues.

Our ideal candidate has a strong background in software testing, with a focus on ServiceNow ITOM. They possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
