ServiceNow Automation Tester

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Automation Tester to join our team. As a ServiceNow QA resource, you will be responsible for testing user stories based on acceptance criteria. This involves performing overall regression testing and preparing Automated Test Framework (ATF) scripts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement test plans and strategies for ServiceNow applications using the ATF.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and define test objectives.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results.
  • Report defects and work with development teams to resolve issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and ATF.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with test automation tools and frameworks.
