Job Description:

The Product Management Specialist role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define and communicate the product roadmap. This includes prioritizing product features and initiatives that align with business objectives, as well as gathering and integrating customer feedback into product planning and development.

The successful candidate will support the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring a seamless process. They will also be responsible for aligning cross-functional teams around the product vision and execution plan, and making trade-off decisions to balance customer needs with business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Translate Business requirements into Product technical requirements
  • Customer experience and feedback integration
  • Analytics for product performance tracking
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles, including BMS and chargers.
  • Strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles.
  • Proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
