Job Title: Associate Director Production

The Associate Director of Production is a leadership role that oversees end-to-end production processes and client relationships. This position reports to the Director of Production and manages a team of project managers to ensure seamless execution of projects from initial brief to final asset delivery.

  • Project Oversight: The Associate Director will manage all stages of production projects within the specified vertical, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
  • Client Management: As the primary point of contact for clients, this role builds strong relationships, understands their needs, and delivers exceptional service.
  • Team Leadership: The Associate Director leads, mentors, and empowers a team of project managers, fostering their professional growth and effective project management.
  • Process Compliance: This role ensures all internal and external processes are followed, including documentation, contracts, payments, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Collaboration with cross-functional teams ensures smooth project execution and alignment with client objectives.
  • Quality Assurance: High standards of creative and production output are maintained, ensuring deliverables meet client expectations and brand guidelines.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7-10 years of proven experience in production and client servicing, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead, mentor, and empower a team of junior producers or project managers.
  • Client Management: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of production workflows, including creative development, asset production, and delivery across digital and traditional media.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery.
