Quality Assurance Leader

As a Quality Assurance leader, you will oversee quality systems across R&D and pilot stages to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

  • Overall responsible for developmental Quality Assurance function.
  • Setting up processes for new products at R&D and Pilot stage to pass through robust stage gate systems.
  • Designing experiments, DOE, hypothesis studies to conduct experiments with R&D and Technology teams.
  • Designing protocols for experiments, developing processes, studying robustness, evaluating process performance.
  • Transferring technologies from R&D to Pilot plant and Site level, sharing relevant documents.
  • Managing DQA & Kilo Lab budgets, hiring and retaining talent.
  • Ensuring compliance with SOPs, policies, standards, regulatory requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of crystallization principles, techniques, and equipment.
  • Studying and improving material flowability, free-flow characteristics.
  • Setting up systems to analyze bulk density, compressibility, particle shape, size.
  • Implementing strategies for particle size engineering.
  • Designing advanced physical characterization of APIs, ingredients.
  • Utilizing techniques like SEM, TEM, XRD, DLS, laser diffraction for material evaluation.
  • Expert in defining process conditions, RH for Hygroscopic materials handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, analyzing complex data.
  • Ensuring smooth technology transfer of crystallization and powder processing technologies.
  • Coordinating with Business, Technology absorption cell, site QA and internal CFTs.
