Job Title

Seeking an experienced Senior Agile Project Manager to lead international projects from our Chennai location. The ideal candidate will have strong facilitation skills and expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps.

We are looking for a highly motivated contractor who is fluent in English and has a passion for agile project management. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth project execution and fostering a productive work environment.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management;
  • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives;
  • Assist the team in understanding and implementing agile principles and practices;
  • Identify and resolve any obstacles that may hinder the team's progress;
  • Monitor the team's progress and ensure alignment with project goals;
  • Utilize Azure DevOps (ADO) dashboards to track and visualize team performance, sprint progress, and project metrics;
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master degree;
  • Certified Scrum Master with +5 years of experience;
  • +5 years of experience as Agile project management (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
  • Ability to lead projects using agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban to ensure iterative and flexible delivery;
  • Expertise in creating metrics and dashboards using Azure DevOps;
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is an advantage;
  • Experience in leading and guiding small to medium-sized development teams;
  • Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives;
  • Ability to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution;
  • Continuous improvement mindset and ability to foster a productive work environment;
  • Fluent in English;
