Job Title: Scrum Master Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to lead agile teams and drive successful project execution.

This role demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on project management experience.

The ideal candidate must be able to facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, guide teams in Agile adoption, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
  • Guide Agile Adoption: Ensure teams adhere to Scrum principles
  • Develop Project Plans: Manage timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Define project scope and objectives
  • Monitor Project Progress: Report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance
  • Culture of Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team empowerment
  • Business-Technical Alignment: Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 Years Experience: In project management and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Agile Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project)
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Experience in stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and change management
  • Technical Background: Technical background or familiarity with software development lifecycle is a plus
