Job Title: Software Development Team Lead

The program management team is pivotal in driving business growth and strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Craft business development initiatives and provide directional guidance to key teams.
  2. Engage with business units, channels, central teams, and HR to share insights on market trends, new opportunities, and existing business mapping details.
  3. Track business performance to analyze key drivers and metrics.
  4. Present data and PowerPoint presentations to senior leadership for reviews.
  5. Responsible for sharing data with HR and senior management for goal tracking and evaluation.
Required Skills:
  1. Experience in corporate sales field with a solid understanding of the business from a field perspective.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced data analysis tools like pivot tables, vlookups, sorting, etc.
  3. Strong analytical and presentation skills for creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.
  4. Ability to work from a designated office location.

Bonus Points: Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with key stakeholders will be highly valued.
