Job Title: Senior Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Jira Administrator, responsible for managing multiple projects and release trains in a Scaled Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will be tasked with setting Jira standards, workflows, and integrations, while providing support to teams working within a SAFe framework.

This position requires administering and optimizing Jira/Confluence environments, defining standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports across projects, as well as supporting Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums.

Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize Jira/Confluence environments to ensure seamless project management.
  • Define and implement standards, workflows, dashboards, and reports to enhance project visibility and efficiency.
  • Provide support to Agile Release Trains and Scrum of Scrums, including PI Planning boards.
  • Integrate Jira with tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Offer coaching, training, and reporting services to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Maintain platform stability, perform upgrades, and promote best practices adoption.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in Jira Administration.
Key Skills
  • Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, customization, and automation.
  • Experience supporting Scaled Agile/SAFe programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and scripting.
