IT Service Delivery Manager Role

A skilled IT service delivery manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of complex development projects, driving process improvement and enhancing organizational efficiency. This key role involves leading cross-functional project teams, coaching teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking. They should have a strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, project management, software development life cycle and software quality assurance methodologies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and report status to stakeholders.
  • Support quality assurance goals, participate in release management cycles and identify risks.
  • Coach project teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule and costs.
  • Measure project performance, manage client relationships and perform risk management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field or proven working experience in project management.
  • 15 years of experience.
