Job Title: Data Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Lead to join our Demand Ops team. As a key member of the team, you will oversee and manage a group of 15 people, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of data across various platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to a team of demand operation specialists and SMEs. Set clear goals, establish priorities, and ensure the team's performance aligns with organizational objectives.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain processes for validating and verifying data accuracy, consistency, and integrity. Develop and enforce data quality standards and best practices to improve overall data quality.
  • Project Management: Manage short-term and long-term projects with high documentation and adherence to timelines. Define performance metrics, goals, accuracy metrics, and train agents for the project.
  • Data Management: Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of data in databases and other systems. Ensure data is structured in a way that supports efficient retrieval, analysis, and reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data management processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Biz-Ops, product management, engineering, billing ops, and sales teams to understand data requirements and priorities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Develop training programs and resources to educate team members on data management best practices, tools, and technologies.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on data operations, address concerns, and solicit feedback.
