Job Role: Demand Planning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner with expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis to join our team.

The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in demand planning & forecasting, preferably in consumer goods, food & beverage, or manufacturing industries.

A strong background in ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, and JDE is essential for this role. Additionally, hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally.

This is a hybrid role based in Pune, requiring the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The job involves working in a morning shift (7 AM - 4 PM IST).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using statistical models and data analysis techniques.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including supply chain and operations teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand planning and forecasting.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in demand planning & forecasting.
  • Strong expertise in statistical modeling and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S4 Hana, and JDE.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
