Supply Chain Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled professional with expertise in Demand Planning and Fulfillment.

  • Develop strong relationships with business users, client managers, and specialists to understand requirements and problem statements.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing templates for Supply and Inventory Planning, considering best practices, high usage of standard functionality, repeatability with efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading the Demand & Supply Planning process and technical design, build, testing, and training.
  2. Documenting all external interface requirements.
  3. Collaborating with the Business Integration team in writing Functional Designs (FDs), Field Mapping Documents (FMDs), and Technical Designs (TDs).
  4. Defining Demand & Supply Planning data requirements, test scenarios/cases, and associated data requirements.
  5. Reporting issues/bugs to JDA and tracking their resolution.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing/supported JDA Demand & Fulfillment in Manufacturing domain.
  • Implementation experience in JDA Demand & Fulfillment.
