We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead our client-facing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and long-term engagement.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. Your goal will be to ensure alignment between client expectations and project execution.
You must have the ability to identify potential risks and issues early on, and proactively monitor program budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
Your success will depend on your ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program health metrics, as well as communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
We prefer candidates with experience managing client communications, including regular status updates, MBRs, and QBRs. You should also have experience with technologies such as Azure or CRM or Cloud Solutions in a dev capacity.
In addition, you will be responsible for communicating project status to partners and several important teams within the organization.
You must be able to proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, technical, and customer goals.
We value candidates with experience understanding technical architecture and design aspects in Infrastructure and Application space, as well as managing programs with remote/distributed teams.
PMP, CSM, CSPO or any other relevant certification in related space is an added advantage.
We require a minimum of 7 to 10 years of overall experience, with more than 4 years in client Program management. A bachelor's degree in computer science or information science or related field education/experience is necessary.
