Job Opportunity:

The organization is seeking a Senior Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing Quality Assurance initiatives across the network.

The selected candidate will lead and direct a team of quality professionals responsible for support of Management Review, Inspections and Compliance, and Technical Writing & Data Analytics.

To be successful in this position, the individual must possess strategic planning and prioritization skills to support collective requirements of the Quality organization alongside individual needs and timelines of the sites.

The job requires working from an office located in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will also lead remote support from Amgen India (Amgen India-AIN) to Amgen sites across multiple time zones globally.

This role primarily involves working during regular working hours to enable the business in delivering Amgen's mission to serve patients. However, the candidate may need to work outside of their routine workday to support business needs and will be responsible for determining the same for their staff.

As Senior Manager in the Quality Assurance organization, you are in a leadership position with responsibilities to supervise and mentor staff. Your focus areas will include:

Key Responsibilities

- Providing operational support, technical leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure compliance, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making in support of the Quality Management System (QMS).

- Overseeing the Amgen India-based Quality Assurance Technical Resource team.

- Collaborating with global quality leaders and business process owner(s) to resolve issues encountered by the team.

- Managing request prioritization in alignment with QA network needs.

- Supporting staff training, career development, and performance management of teams across all three shifts.

- Ensuring compliance with safety guidelines, cGMPs, and other applicable regulatory requirements.

- Championing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

- Assigning workload appropriately and strategically based on required interactions with sites in the Amgen network across multiple time zones.
