Quality Assurance Lead

This position is responsible for the overall quality of applications, data, and development processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our software applications meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Strategic Leadership
  • Leverage your expertise in quality assurance to drive strategic decisions and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain quality standards, KPIs, and metrics to measure and improve product quality.
  • Process & Methodology
  • Design and implement robust QA processes including test planning, execution, automation, and reporting.
  • Evaluate and improve existing QA methodologies to ensure they align with industry best practices.
  • Automation & Tools
  • Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
  • Identify and evaluate new QA technologies to support scalability and innovation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and operations to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.
  • Represent quality assurance interests in executive discussions and product planning.
  • Risk Management
  • Proactively identify and mitigate quality risks early in the development process.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for critical defects and failures.
