**Job Title:** Customer Onboarding Manager

Our company is seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the initial impression of our clients. As a key figure in our customer success journey, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, reviewing renewal pipelines, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure seamless account management.

This role encompasses:

  • Continuously improving the customer onboarding process, including training, implementation, and assisting customers in creating their initial solutions on our platform.
  • Managing relationships among internal and external teams to ensure smooth account transitions.
  • Establishing metrics and KPIs to evaluate process enhancements and overall account health.
  • Developing expertise in our platform: working closely with clients to understand operational challenges and leveraging our platform to address these needs, including identifying opportunities for growth within the account.
  • Providing timely support for product-related questions and concerns.
  • Collaborating with product management to translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements.
  • Contributing to the operationalization of the implementation function as the team scales.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-6 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Technical Onboarding Manager, Solutions Architect, or Implementation Consultant.
  • Experience in project managing customer implementations for enterprise clients, or consulting with clients at Director, VP, and Exec levels of Fortune 500 companies.
  • Advanced understanding of SaaS and Cloud-based software environments.
  • A builder mindset: comfortable navigating startup environments, taking projects from inception to completion.
  • Knowledge and understanding of APIs, webhooks, and CRUD actions.
  • Understanding of database structures and system integration.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues where answers may not be immediately apparent.
  • Experience leading projects with unique roadmaps and checklists that vary based on client needs.
  • Comfortable defining customer workflow and automation requirements by asking insightful questions.
  • Ability to tease out nuanced details from customers, read between the lines, and find their actual pain points.
  • Capacity to create net-new process diagrams/workflows with customers to enhance value proposition.
