Job Description:

We are seeking an expert in Human Resources (HR) transformation to join our team. As a SuccessFactors consultant, you will work closely with clients to reimagine their HR processes and deliver seamless implementations.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UK HR laws, statutory requirements, and collective agreements. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, running business process reviews, and facilitating client workshops.

  • Must be able to travel to the UK as required by clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in implementing SuccessFactors solutions for UK-based organisations.
  • Strong background in process mapping, documentation, and workshop facilitation.
  • Hands-on expertise across Employee Central Core, Time Off, and Time Tracking.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
