Program Manager - Transformation Expert

We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of program delivery execution, from pursuit to launch and beyond.

Your primary objective will be to create long-term customer intimacy at various management levels through achievement of customer satisfaction and establishment of strong relationships.

  • Oversight and responsibility for all program deliverables
  • Program budget management
  • Resources management within the customer PD team
  • Strategic customer engagement

You will lead a team of engineers covering multiple programs with products spanning our entire product portfolio. You will also coordinate with other departments such as Operations, Purchasing, Finance, and Sales.

In this role, you will be accountable for negotiating the scope of new business with customers, identifying potential issues in advance, and coordinating mitigation actions. You will also be responsible for profitability improvement through control of design changes, leading communication with customers during program launch, and participating in gateway reviews.

You must possess fundamental product knowledge, including clusters, infotainment, and cockpit domain controllers. Your experience in automotive product life cycles, SW project deliveries, product launches, design, purchasing, supplier quality, and program management skills will serve as a valuable asset to our team.
