Strategic Customer Success Lead

  • Drive customer outcomes through proactive ownership and scrappy hands-on approach.
  • Build reusable playbooks that influence what the product becomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run onboarding + ongoing success for our top enterprise accounts.
  • Solve problems fast – sometimes before the customer sees them.
  • Influence product roadmap through real customer insights.
  • Track health, adoption, renewals, and upsell signals.
  • Partner with Sales/Marketing for expansion plays.
  • Build CS processes, content, and playbooks from scratch.
