Leadership Opportunity for Senior Engineering Professional

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader with expertise in software engineering and fintech to lead our global team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement engineering standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on product roadmaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, tools, and workflows.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in backend programming languages such as C#, Java, Scala, Go, etc.
  • Strong understanding of security concepts and principles.
  • Knowledge of crypto concepts, RESTful API design principles, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of payment infrastructure, cryptocurrency, APIs, and security.
  • Experience working with Azure technologies.
  • Background in security engineering.
