- Minimum of 8 years of professional software engineering experience.
- At least 4+ years hands-on development.
- At least 2–3 years in engineering management (team building, delivery).
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and grow engineering talent.
- Experience delivering SaaS products (cybersecurity, cloud, or compliance preferred).
- Strong foundation in system architecture, microservices, and cloud-native design.
- Proficiency in PostgreSQL, Redis, and scalable data modeling.
- Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL.
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) or similar cloud environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams).
- Experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch).
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments (SOC 2, ISO 27001).
- Understanding of security best practices for SaaS products.
