Sales Performance Executive Opportunity at Skylar Consultancy
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Performance Executive to join our team at Skylar Consultancy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing new sales strategies, evaluating sales strategies' effectiveness, and building long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new sales strategies and models to drive business growth
- Evaluate sales strategies' effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Evaluate customers' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Meet personal and team sales targets through effective sales techniques and pipeline management
- Attend meetings, sales events, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Manage client databases within assigned territories
- Utilize CRM software to track sales performance and customer interactions
Requirements:
- Proven record of personal quota achievement
- Experience working with or similar CRM software
- Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Computer use competency and strong communication skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in performance and its impact on company success
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player with good time-management skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven individual with a BA/BS degree or equivalent
What We Offer:
- Salary up to 25k
- 6 days working with 1 day rotational off
- English and any other regional language
- Work location: Ashokanagar
