Human Capital Management Specialist

This role focuses on implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM modules to meet the needs of various organizations. A deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions are crucial for this position.

  • About This Role:
  • A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of human capital management principles and practices, as well as experience with Oracle Cloud HCM modules, particularly Payroll (US) and associated components such as Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, and Talent Management.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to lead RFP responses, collaborate with sales and technical teams to create comprehensive submissions, map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, identify functionality fit/gaps, and provide solutions.
  • Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Configure Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, Talent Management based on customer needs, and document application setups.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within HCM modules.
  • Conduct client demos of Oracle HCM Fusion applications, tailoring presentations to highlight the value and address client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
  • Test and validate technical components, resolving issues as needed.
  • Support clients during test phases and resolve implementation-related issues.
  • Develop end-user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions.
  • Oversee offshore project deliverables for Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, etc.
  • Lead demos and discussions with onshore teams and clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective collaboration with offshore and onshore teams.
