Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill this key position.

About the Role:

This Senior Oracle HCM Consultant will be responsible for working closely with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll processes, gathering requirements, and translating these into functional specifications for Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

The successful candidate will configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.

They will also develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas. Additionally, they will perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI, manage data migrations and validations during implementations or upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules to meet business needs
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Perform technical integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Manage data migrations and validations
  • Deliver user training and documentation

Requirements:

  • Expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and workflows
  • Experience in Core HR, Recruitment, and Absence, Payroll, Talent modules

Preferred Skills:

  • Security roles and Privileges, AOR, good exposure on Compensation Work force and HR Help desk and Employee Engagement Modules
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HDL, HSDL, Application Security, Workflows, Alerts and Notifications, Page Customizations & Extensions
