Cloud HCM Technical SME

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Cloud HCM Technical SME. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and guidance on the Oracle HCM Suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production support project experience, including understanding AMS Ticketing process and deployment process.
  • Interaction with offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, with 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional modules.
  • Cloud Technical expertise in Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management, specifically Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolving production tickets, patch testing, change requests, and requirement analysis.
  • Collaboration on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance.
  • Managing System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, key super-permissions, and risk management.
  • Performing Unit tests, documenting test results, and developing runbooks for technical objects.
Essential Skills
  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead, and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules: Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion).
  • Efficient and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model.
  • Familiarity with agile methodology, good interpersonal and communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to learn new technologies.
