Job Title: Cloud Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cloud Implementation Specialist. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions that meet their needs.
  • Your expertise in implementing complex enhancements, interfaces, reports, and configuring scenarios in relevant cloud modules will be invaluable to our clients.
  • You will conduct workshops to map business processes to Oracle HCM Cloud modules, ensuring seamless integration and maximum ROI.
  • As a team player, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • With your technical expertise and passion for problem-solving, you will drive business growth and success for our clients.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, and Talent & Learn.
  • Experience in implementing end-to-end solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Excellent consulting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop customized solutions.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
