We are seeking an experienced Co-Brand Product Strategist to lead our team in developing and managing co-brand products.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the value proposition of our co-brand products, leading the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization, and analyzing markets and competitors to guide product positioning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the co-brand product's value proposition aligned with partners' strategies.
  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.
  • Analyze markets and competitors to guide product positioning.
Partner Management

The ideal candidate will have experience liaising between banks and co-brand partners, negotiating product features, marketing budgets, revenue share agreements, and go-to-market plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in card product management, preferably in co-brand or affinity programs.
  • Experience working with card networks.
  • Strong understanding of P&L drivers in card portfolios (interchange, interest income, acquisition cost, etc.).
