Job Title: Brand Leader
About the PositionWe're seeking ambitious brand strategists to drive business growth, sales expansion, and profitability for high-potential beauty brands.
You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that integrate business, human resources, marketing, and trading, ensuring excellence in customer experience and brand integrity across all touchpoints.
- Drive revenue growth and profitability through data-driven strategic planning
- Develop financial strategies aligned with market trends and risk management principles
- Design and implement effective product mix strategies, overseeing distribution stock levels and inventory management
- Monitor brand performance metrics, analyzing data and trends to optimize business outcomes
- Collaborate with Finance and Regional VPs on regular brand reviews to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Lead forecasting for new launches, ensuring optimal inventory planning and supply chain efficiency
- Conduct door-level P&L analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform business decisions
- Maintain brand standards across all touchpoints, including people, materials, and stores
- Address channel-level challenges and identify market opportunities to drive business growth and expansion
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams for long-term business success
