Lead Agile Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead our teams in delivering successful projects. This role demands strong leadership, deep Agile expertise, and hands-on project management experience.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for professionals passionate about Agile delivery and team leadership. As a Scrum Master cum Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding teams in Agile adoption, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and facilitating all Scrum ceremonies.

Main Responsibilities
  • Agile Team Leadership: Lead agile teams to deliver high-quality products on time.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, sprint velocity, and team performance.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
  • Licenses/Certifications: Any degree is fine.
