Job Title: Project Manager - IT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and develop comprehensive project plans.

  • Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.

  • Budget Management: Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in IT project management.

  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications.

  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software tools (Jira, Asana, Trello).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
