Your Role
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic HR projects across functions.
  • Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to align project outcomes with business goals.
  • Manage resources, risks, and timelines to ensure successful implementation of HR initiatives.

  • 6–8 years of experience in managing and delivering complex HR projects across global teams.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, processes, and change management frameworks.
  • Skilled in project planning, risk mitigation, and driving measurable outcomes in HR transformation.
