Life Coaching Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Life & Wellness Coaches to partner with our members in a safe and non-judgmental space that facilitates exploration, self-discovery, and growth.

About the Role:

  • Provide structured life coaching sessions to clients via video or phone.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their goals for common life challenges related to stress, relationships, career, health & wellbeing, and personal development areas.
  • Maintain a calendar displaying your availability and keep track of your session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated support team whenever needed.

Requirements:

  • Actively credentialed with a globally recognized coaching body, including the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies that follow similar professional and ethical standards.
  • Minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience required.
  • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Comfortable with technology and telehealth competent.
  • Committed to quality care, willing to expand capabilities, and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and enjoy having the support of a team and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
