Key Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a skilled leader to drive sustainable business outcomes through paid media investments. This is a leadership position for someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Channel Optimization: Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across all digital channels, leveraging expertise in multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools.
  • Budget Allocation and Forecasting: Drive allocation and forecasting, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the organization.
  • Continuous Testing and Optimization: Build frameworks for continuous testing and optimization of ad creatives and conversion funnels.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Growth, Product, and Sales teams to align campaigns with business goals and revenue objectives.
  • Data-Driven Methodologies: Introduce data-driven approaches for attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value optimization.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a team of performance marketers, fostering innovation and accountability.

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven success in scaling campaigns.
  • Expertise: Deep understanding of multi-channel paid media and advanced analytics tools (e.g., GA4, Looker Studio).
  • CRO and Attribution Modeling: Strong knowledge of CRO, attribution modeling, and growth experimentation.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Growth Mindset: A growth mindset: combining strategic vision with hands-on problem solving.
