Job Description

Sesa Care Private Limited, a leading Indian manufacturer and exporter of ayurvedic hair care products, is seeking an Influencer & Retention Marketing Executive to develop and implement marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement influencer and retention marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Manage YouTube campaigns, public relations, and sales initiatives to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, create engaging content, and analyze campaign performance to inform future marketing strategies.

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional influencer marketing and social media marketing skills, particularly with YouTube influencers.
  • Sales support and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex ideas and negotiate with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, public relations, or related field.
  • Experience in the FMCG or beauty industry, with a proven track record of driving results through innovative marketing strategies.
