Job Title: Director of AI Product Strategy

About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven leader to oversee the development and execution of AI-powered products. This role will sit at the intersection of innovation, customer experience, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a product roadmap that drives business growth and differentiates us in the market.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions and ensure we remain ahead of the curve.
  • Leverage data insights to guide product strategy, prioritizing features and functionalities that drive meaningful outcomes.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and objectives.
  • Drive product launches and delivery through effective project management and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field; an MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in software product management, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment or consumer applications serving millions of users.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing large-scale product deliveries, with successful product launches across various platforms.
  • Experience with AI/ML products (LLMs, analytics, conversational AI, or related domains)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience in managing beta programs, gathering user feedback, and conducting A/B testing to validate product directions.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, work effectively across functions, and lead through influence in a global team environment.
