  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, sales).
  • Proven track record of success in account management, sales performance optimization, and business growth strategies.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
