Job Title: Key Account Manager - Australia
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team in Australia. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with wholesalers, national key accounts, and buying groups. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, driving business growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for wholesalers, national key accounts, and buying groups.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Establish and maintain customer contracts with key accounts and buying groups to ensure DRLA products are purchased by their members.
- Conduct monthly analysis of pharmacy chain sales to ensure alignment with targets and develop solutions to address any decrease in sales.
- Conduct market analysis of competitors to ensure timely response to market changes and leverage data and analytical tools to develop new insights.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the pharmacy industry in Key Account Management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Australian citizen or permanent resident with a valid Australian driver's license.
