Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing end-user computing solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. This includes defining and maintaining the architecture strategy, designing scalable and secure client computing environments, and evaluating and recommending client-side technologies.

You will also be expected to establish standards for endpoint security, configuration management, patching, and application delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to optimize end-user experience and reliability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing end-user computing solutions

  • Evaluating and recommending client-side technologies

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 7+ years of experience in end-user computing or digital workplace technologies
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM/MECM
  • Experience with virtualization platforms such as Windows 365 and Microsoft Cloud PC
  • Solid understanding of identity and access management, device security, and zero-trust models
  • Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
  • Scripting or automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication and documentation abilities
