Job Description

The Global Markets End User Computing Controls, Governance & Oversight Champion plays a pivotal role within the Operational Risk and Control Team. As a seasoned professional, this individual integrates subject matter expertise with industry knowledge to drive risk reduction across Global Markets. The analyst interacts directly with Front Office Traders and Markets and Operations Teams to ensure pre and post-trade processes operate within the business's risk appetite.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and Inventory: Utilize tools to identify End User Computing tools used across Global Markets, such as Excel, Python, Access, SAS, Power BI, QlikView, VBA.
  • Risk Assessment and Spot Checks: Lead and participate in Spot-Check Reviews of each End User Computing solution, providing credible challenge for risk assessments made and effective operation of controls.
  • Polic Compliance: Ensure Global Markets EUC population is compliant with Citi Policy and standards by supporting production of reports or acting on upcoming and overdue items.
  • Risk Exposure Measurement: Measure Citi's EUC risk exposure to ensure solutions are not relied upon over the longer term.
RequirementsQualifications
  • Relevant experience in Operations, Risk and Controls, Finance or Project Management within an international bank or prominent financial services firm.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of operational risk and gap identification.
  • Good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources.
