Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced End User Computing Operations Expert to join our global team. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support for our mobile and remote access End User Computing platforms.

About the Role: This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver exceptional results. Your primary focus will be on resolving complex issues related to our mobile device management, Android OS, Apple OS, and remote-access products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level support for platform-level incident resolution, vendor incidents, and fault diagnosis.
  • Develop and deliver production changes following ITIL framework best practices.
  • Share knowledge with local teams to enhance their understanding of our product space.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and user experience.
  • Support routine operational responsibilities, including change verifications, testing, disaster recovery exercises, and closure of routine requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting end-user devices in the Apple iOS/iPadOS environment.
  • Proven experience implementing, documenting, and/or supporting mobile device management platforms like Intune, MobileIron, or AirWatch.
  • Familiarity with large-scale project delivery, including technical support and end-user interaction.
  • Understanding of Apple mobile device management or declarative device management concepts.
  • Basics of Azure and Entra ID.
  • Incident management system experience (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Succinct communication and reporting skills.
  • Basic VPN and networking concepts.
