Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to join our team. As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in end-user computing technologies, including operating systems, hardware, software, and networking concepts. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing technologies and evolving business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of end-user computing technologies, including operating systems (Windows, macOS), hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with end-users and other stakeholders.
  • Project Management Skills: May be involved in managing small projects related to end-user computing, such as system migrations or software deployments.
