We are seeking a seasoned expert in Oracle HCM Cloud solutions to join our dynamic team.

Role: Technical Consultant

Location: Bengaluru

Position : Fulltime

Key Responsibilities:


• Design, develop and support advanced HCM Extracts, Reporting and Integrations.


• Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC and other HCM modules.


• Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic and layout templates to meet reporting needs.


• Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.


• Develop and manage HDL-based data loads with inbound/outbound integrations.


• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HCM tools for business continuity.

Technical Skills:


• BI Publisher (BIP): Custom reports, complex data models, bursting and layouts.


• OTBI (Oracle Transactional BI): Real-time dashboards & analytics.


• HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.


• Fast Formulas: Build, debug and maintain HR formulas.


• HDL (HCM Data Loader): Strong data load expertise.


• APIs & Integration: Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, OIC integrations and secure data frameworks.

Job Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.


• 3+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and development.


• Expertise in HCM Extracts, Reporting and Integrations.


• Strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:


• Oracle Certified Professional in Oracle HCM Cloud.


• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).


• Knowledge of BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.


• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.


• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.


• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Skills:


• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL and Java.


• Experience with Oracle APEX.


• Knowledge of DevOps practices.


• Familiarity with containerization and cloud services.


• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.


• Experience with source control systems like Git.
