Job Title: HCM Time & Absence Functional Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Oracle HCM Time and Absence Product and Configuration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of the Oracle HCM Time and Absence modules.

The SME will act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal system configuration is aligned with organizational policies and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle HCM Time and Absence modules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to complex system issues.
Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Time and Absence configuration and implementation.
  2. Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud Time and Absence modules and business processes.
  3. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud upgrade and patch application cycles.
  4. Familiarity with time and labor laws, compliance, and HR policies related to attendance and leave management.
  5. Able to translate business requirements into functional and technical configurations.
  6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  7. Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST APIs for interfacing is a plus.
