Customer Relationship Manager Position

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse customer data to gain valuable insights and inform business decisions
  • Develop and implement effective customer relationship strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention
  • Manage CRM software to streamline customer interactions and improve communication
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achieve business objectives
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Work collaboratively with project management to drive continuous improvement and enhance the overall customer experience

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical skills for data analysis and insights
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration
  • Experience in sales and market segmentation
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, etc)
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Familiarity with CRM software and tools
