Job Title

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer to join our small remote team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, highly organized, and able to work independently in a flexible environment.

The job involves working closely with our team to deliver high-quality websites that balance performance, usability, and design accuracy. You'll be responsible for translating Figma designs into clean, functional builds using WordPress, ensuring all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and true to design.

Responsibilities
  • Translate Figma designs into functional WordPress websites (themes, templates, and components)
  • Ensure all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and true to design
  • Collaborate with a small team to discuss requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver on timelines
  • Manage deployments (staging → production), troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches
  • Debug, test, and fix errors efficiently while maintaining clean, modular code
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
  • Work with plugins, integrations, and occasional custom development (PHP/MySQL, APIs)
Requirements & Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Native-level English (spoken & written) for clear communication
  • Ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team
  • Strong proficiency with WordPress (themes, child themes, plugins, custom post types)
  • Basic proficiency in Drupal Commerce
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and 3rd-party integrations
  • Skilled in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), JavaScript, jQuery, PHP, MySQL
  • Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, or Gutenberg)
