Role Overview:

Do you want to build the future of AI while working with some of the most innovative companies in the US? We're looking for Full-Stack engineers who love solving complex problems, writing clean code, and experimenting with the latest in AI. What You'll Do:

Your day-to-day will be a mix of hands-on coding, problem-solving, and experimenting with AI models. You'll:

  • Build & optimize AI models with efficient, production-ready code.
  • Evaluate performance by testing and ranking model outputs.
  • Fine-tune models with datasets for SFT and RLHF.
  • Raise the bar with code reviews, testing, and clean documentation.
  • Innovate by shaping new strategies to make AI more useful, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.

What We're Looking For:

We're excited to work with developers who are:

  • Strong in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+).
  • Experienced with Node.js or NestJS, plus a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
  • Comfortable with modular development, scalable systems, and secure coding practices.
  • Skilled with Docker (this one's a must-have).
  • Clear communicators who can explain their work in excellent English.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT, prompting, fine-tuning).
  • A background in test-driven development, QA, or automated testing.
